Horse Show
Please take note of our horseshow coming up on April 23rd. We will need as much help as possible (jump crew, manning the sales, parking, ect) Horse Helpers will receive 10% of all profits made. They will also have seven of their horses there to advertise what they are about. The more help we have with this the better.
Sponsorship
We need show sponsors. If you can get 200$ worth of sponsorship from one or more sponsors, we will waive your $50 club fees and it may be tacked on to next semester. If sponsors donate $50 they will appear on our website for a year, 100$ their name will appear on our T-shirt and the program, $250 they reserve the right to display their banner at the show. The sponsorship letter will be coming in an email shortly. It will also appear on our website and Orgsync.
Show Committee
We need 3-4 people to help out in planning the show. This can go on your resume. If you are interested in this job please contact Haley McCune mccunehj@appstate.edu. These jobs are non-committal and include being an apprentice/assistant. This is a good way to get a feel for applying for an officer position in the future.
Secret Stalker
Secret Stalker will be taking place next meeting so please remember to bring a present for your stalkee. If you were not at the meeting and emailed me about waiting to participate, your stalkee will be emailed to you separately. Please remember it is 10$ or less.
